Before you start

Make sure you have a backup of all your data. With a few simple steps you can make sure that nothing is lost. Before you start to back up your data, go to BlackBerry World and download the free app Data Backup. Your Wi-Fi connection must be activated before you start this guide. Note: A SD Memory Card must be inserted in the BlackBerry to back up.
