Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your phone, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step 12. Make sure you have your Digicel SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Select Apps

Scroll to and select Settings

Scroll to and select Lock settings

Select Screen lock

Select Pattern

Select your preferred option

Draw an unlock pattern and select CONTINUE

Draw the unlock pattern again and select CONFIRM

Select your preferred option and select DONE

Your phone is now secure with a screen lock

To change the PIN for the SIM card, go to the Settings menu and select Security

Select Set up SIM card lock

Select Digicel and Change SIM PIN

Enter your Old SIM PIN and select OK
