Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your iPad, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step 9. Make sure you have your Public SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Select Settings

Scroll down and select Touch ID & Passcode

Enter your passcode for the iPad lock if this is already activated on your iPad

Select Change Passcode

Select Turn Passcode Off and enter your passcode if you want to set the passcode off entirely.

Enter your old passcode

Enter your new passcode

Re-enter your new passcode

Your iPad passcode is now changed.

To change the PIN for the SIM card, select Mobile Data and SIM PIN

Select Change PIN

Enter your Current PIN and select Done

Confirm your New PIN and select Done

Your SIM PIN has been changed.
