Before you start

This guide will show you how to turn off some features on your phone to extend the battery time. Use the guide as a guideline for extending the battery life in situations when in need and the battery is low. Make sure you read all the text in the different steps when turning a service off and remember that it is easily turned on again.

Select the Recent apps button

Select the Delete icon to close running apps

Slide down the top menu

Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Deactivating Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will help to save battery.

Turn off Location information

Note: This action will disable your GPS capabilities. Remember to activate again when you need GPS services.

Adjust brightness to the required level

Reducing the brightness will reduce battery consumption.

Select the Settings button

Select Battery

Turn on Power saving mode

Select ENABLE

Enabling Power saving mode will make the phone slightly more slow and the screen less bright.

To enable Ultra power saving, turn on Ultra power saving mode

Select ENABLE

Note: In Ultra power saving mode, only calls, messages and access to contacts will be available.
