Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your phone, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step 11. Make sure you have your Public SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Slide up the bottom menu

Select Settings

Scroll to and select Lock screen & security

Select Screen lock

Select Pattern

Draw an unlock pattern and select NEXT

Draw the unlock pattern again and select CONFIRM

Select your preferred option and select DONE

Your phone is now secure with a screen lock

To change the PIN for the SIM card, scroll to and select Advanced

Select SIM card lock

Select Public and Change SIM PIN

Enter your Old SIM PIN and select OK
