Before you start

This guide will show you how to reset your SMS service if your messages are not reaching the recipients. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

If you cannot see this screen, continue to the next step.

Enter the SMS Service Centre number / SIM's smsc number and select OK
