Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your phone, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step 10. Make sure you have your Public SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Swipe left

Select ""Settings""

Scroll to and select ""Safety and Privacy""

Select ""Screen lock""

Select ""Pattern""

Select ""Next""

Draw an unlock pattern and select ""Continue""

Draw the unlock pattern again and select ""OK""

Your phone is now secure with a screen lock.

To change the PIN for the SIM card, return to the ""Safety and Privacy"" menu and select ""Set up SIM/RUIM card lock""

Turn on ""Lock SIM card"" and select ""Change SIM PIN""

Enter your ""Old SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Enter your ""New SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Confirm your new ""SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Your ""SIM PIN"" has been changed
