Wait for the backup to finish

Return to the ""Settings"" menu and scroll to and select ""Additional settings""

Scroll to and select ""Accounts & sync""

Select ""Google""

Select ""More""

Select ""Sync now""

Your information will be synchronised

Remember to come back and sync your backup often.
