Set up MMS - ZTE Android

Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up MMS on your phone either by resetting your phone to default MMS settings or by setting up MMS manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select Apps

Scroll to and select Settings

Select More...

If you cannot see this screen, continue to the next step.

Select Mobile networks

Select Access Point Names

Select the Menu button and select Reset to default

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device. Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. MMS problems should be solved at this point. Please continue the guide if you still cannot send/receive MMS.

Select the Menu button and select New APN

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Enter MMS information

Scroll down and enter MMS information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Scroll down and enter MMS information

Select the Menu button and select Save

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Your phone has now been set up to MMS
