Set up Internet - BlackBerry BlackBerry OS

Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your BlackBerry by setting up the network manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Slide down the top menu

Select Settings

Select Networks and Connections

Select Mobile Network

Select APN

Select Reset Defaults

Select Restore

Your phone will reset to default Internet settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your Wi-Fi before testing. Please continue the guide if you still cannot go online or send/receive MMS.

Enter Internet information and select Save
