Before you start

This guide will show you how to turn off some features on your phone to extend the battery time. Use the guide as a guideline for extending the battery life in situations when in need and the battery is low. Make sure you read all the text in the different steps when turning a service off and remember that it is easily turned on again. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select the ""Recent apps"" button

Note: The ""Recent apps"" button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select the Delete icon to close all running apps

Slide down the top menu

Select ""Wi-Fi""

Turn off ""Wi-Fi""

Deactivating ""Wi-Fi"" will help to save battery.

Select ""Bluetooth""

Turn off ""Bluetooth""

Deactivating Bluetooth will help to save battery.

Select ""AUTO""

Reducing the brightness will reduce battery consumption. If you cannot find ""AUTO"", continue to the next step.

Adjust brightness to the required level

Swipe left

Turn off ""Location""

Note: This action will disable your GPS capabilities. Remember to activate again when you need GPS services.

Select the ""Settings"" button

Scroll to and select ""Battery""

Select ""Battery saver""

Turn on ""Battery saver""

Enabling ""Battery saver"" will make the phone slightly more slow and the screen less bright.
