Before you start

This guide will show you how to turn off some features on your phone to extend the battery time. Use the guide as a guideline for extending the battery life in situations when in need and the battery is low. Make sure you read all the text in the different steps when turning a service off and remember that it is easily turned on again. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select the ""Recent apps"" button

Note: The ""Recent apps"" button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select ""Clear all"" to close all running apps

Slide down the top menu

Turn off ""Wi-Fi"" and ""Bluetooth""

Deactivating ""Wi-Fi"" and ""Bluetooth"" will help to save battery.

Turn off ""Location""

Deactivating the GPS will help to save battery. Remember to activate again when you need GPS services.

Turn on ""Automatic brightness""

Reducing the brightness will reduce battery consumption.

Select ""Power saving""

Enabling ""Power saving"" mode will make the phone slightly more slow and the screen less bright. Note: This action will disable your Internet connection and turn off Internet based services when the screen is off.

To enable ""Super power saving mode"", select ""Super saving""

Select ""OK""

Note: In ""Super saving"" mode, only calls, messages and access to contacts will be available.
