This guide will show you how to reset your SMS service if your messages are not reaching the recipients.

Scroll to and select Set the SIM1's SMSC number or Set the SIM2's SMSC number

Scroll to and select Set the SIM1's SMSC number or Set the SIM2's SMSC number

Enter the SIM's SMSC number and select OK
