Before you start

This guide will show you how to reset your SMS service if your messages are not reaching the recipients. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Scroll to and select ""Manage SIM1 Settings"" or ""Manage SIM2 Settings""

Scroll to and select Manage SIM1 Settings or Manage SIM2 Settings

Select ""SIM1 SMS Service Center"" or ""SIM2 SMS Service Center""

Select SIM1 SMS Service Center or SIM2 SMS Service Center

Enter the ""SMS Service Center"" number and select ""OK""

Enter the SMS Service Center number and select OK
