Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your phone either by resetting your phone to default Internet settings or by setting up the network manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select ""Settings""

If you see this screen, select ""Mobile data""

If you cannot find ""Mobile data"", continue to the next step.

If you see this screen, select ""More""

If you cannot see this screen, continue to the next step.

If you see this screen, select ""Mobile networks""

If you cannot find ""Mobile networks"", continue to the next step.

If you see this screen, select Public

If you cannot see this screen, continue to the next step.

Select ""Access point names""

Select the Menu button

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select ""Reset to default""

Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your ""Wi-Fi"" before testing. Please continue the guide if you still cannot go online.

Select ""New APN""

Enter Internet information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

If you see this screen, select ""APN type""

If you cannot see this screen, continue to step ""13"".

Check the ""default"" checkbox and select ""OK""

Continue to step ""14"".

Scroll down and enter Internet information

Select the Menu button

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select ""Save""

Select the Internet access point

Your phone has now been set up to Internet.
