When traveling abroad, roaming charges may apply. This guide will show you how to turn roaming on and off as needed. The guide will also show you how to change network if you experience network problems when travelling abroad.

Scroll to and select ""Settings""

Select ""Mobile network""

Select ""SIM1"" or ""SIM2""

Turn ""Data roaming"" on or off

To change network if network problems occur, select ""Operator""

Turn off ""Auto-select""

Select ""Off""

Select ""Off""

Wait for the search to finish

Select a network operator from the list

Please be aware that you can only use a network operator that Public has a roaming agreement with.
