Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up MMS on your phone either by resetting your phone to default MMS settings or by setting up MMS manually.

Select ""Settings""

Select ""SIM card & mobile data""

Select ""SIM1"" or ""SIM2""

Select ""Access point names""

Select the Menu button

Select ""Reset Access Points""

Select ""Reset Access Points""

Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. MMS problems should be solved at this point. Please continue the guide if you still cannot send/receive MMS.

Select ""New APN""

Enter MMS information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Scroll down and enter Internet information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Select ""OK""

Your phone has now been set up to MMS
