Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your phone, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step ""13"". Make sure you have your Public SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Swipe left

Select ""Settings""

Scroll to and select ""Password & biometrics""

Select ""Set Lock screen password""

Select ""Continue""

Select ""Use a different password type""

Select ""Pattern""

Draw an unlock pattern

Draw the unlock pattern again

Select your preferred option

Your phone is now secure with a screen lock

To change the PIN for the SIM card, return to the ""Settings"" menu and select ""Security""

Select ""SIM card lock""

Select ""Change SIM PIN""

Enter your ""Old SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Enter your ""New SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Confirm your new ""SIM PIN"" and select ""OK""

Your ""SIM Card PIN"" has been changed
