Set up MMS

Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up MMS on your phone either by resetting your phone to default MMS settings or by setting up MMS manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select Apps

Scroll to and select Settings

If you see this screen, select Connections

If you cannot find Connections, continue to the next step.

Scroll to and select More networks

Select Mobile networks

Select Access Point Names

Select the Menu button

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select Reset to default

Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings

MMS problems should be solved at this point. Please continue the guide if you still cannot send/receive MMS.

If your screen looks like this, select the New APN button

If your screen looks like this, select the Menu button and select New APN

Enter MMS information

Scroll down and enter MMS information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Select the Menu button

Select Save

Scroll down and enter MMS information
