Enter ""Username"" and Incoming server address. Select ""NEXT""

Enter Outgoing server address

Uncheck the ""Require sign-in"" checkbox and select ""NEXT""

Select ""NEXT""

Give your account a name and enter your name. Select ""DONE""

Your account is ready to use
