Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your phone either by resetting your phone to default Internet settings or by setting up the network manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select ""Apps""

Scroll to and select ""Settings""

If you see this screen, select ""More networks""

If you cannot find ""More networks"", continue to the next step.

Scroll to and select ""Mobile networks""

Select ""Access Point Names""

Select the Menu button or select ""MORE""

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select ""Reset to default""

Select ""OK""

Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your ""Wi-Fi"" before testing. Please continue the guide if you still cannot go online.

If your screen looks like this, select ""ADD""

If your screen looks like this, select the ""New APN"" button

Enter Internet information

Scroll down and enter Internet information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Select the Menu button or select ""MORE""

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select ""Save""

Select the Internet access point

Your phone has now been set up to Internet.
